Clan Structure

The issue of the structure of {PORCH} might be brought up so i would like lay this out, and keep it as simple as possible.

The founding members PORCH WOOKIE and MoTor, and our forum administrator HeAdShOt, will have a final say when it comes to important decisions such as clan battles and new membership. These decisions will be made democratically. Outside of those issues, we want a level playing field for all of our members.

Recommendations on anything can and should be brought forward by any and all members; and we can use the forums to vote on matters if necessary.

We are not a military hierarchy. We are a voluntary organizations of equals.

A chain of command will be implemented ONLY when we are in clan battles. This is for strategic reasons, and for the success as a clan as a whole.

Seniority and skillz are the 2 main considerations in determining the chain of command for clan battles.

I cannot see any problems in this area arising because of the easy going nature of the clan. But I thought this should be laid out as a basic framework.

I believe we should have a class organization on our clan and i have gor a plain idea which i will post now:
Snipers: HeAdShOt and puntsize
Bazookas: MoToR and 'Ed
Infantry: WOKKIE and Moo_Juice

Other members will choose what they want to be. This list is yet to be discussed.
